A. E. Larson was born in Minnesota in 1862 and traveled west in 1884 where he spent his early years in the timber business on the Washington and Oregon coast. He came to Yakima in 1891 and purchased the Scott Lumber Yard as his first business venture. |
Rosedell was built 1905 to 1909, by Adelbert E Larson. Rosedell is named after his wife Rose and Dell (which is short for Adelbert). |
