Rosedell is at the entrance to the Historic homes of Yakima. It's just minuites away from the community attractions like the Capitol Theatre and the Yakima Valley Museum. It's also within blocks of fine dining, hospitals and several wine tasting rooms. Rosedell was built from 1905 to 1909 by A.E. Larson. The home was built using quarried sandstone from Rim Rock and boasts beautiful hardwood floors with a different and unique inlay border in each room. Enjoy extensive original woodwork throughout the entire house. At 9600 square feet, this home has spacious rooms with a regal atmosphere.
